Copper .064", .153" and .25" are stocked

Zinc .032", .064", .153", .125" (.25" based on availability - please inquire with customer service)

Recessed Text and Graphics (Reverse Etched)
- Text, graphics and border (if any) are recessed and paint filled;
- Raised surface of metal receives brushed satin finish
Raised Text and Graphics (Deep Etched)
- Text, graphics and border (if any) are raised metal and receive brushed satin finish;
- Recessed background is painted
Note: Raised text (Deep Etched) is not available on aluminum or stainless steel etched plaques

Speckled (semi-rough, pebble-like appearance) – available on most sizes on brass, bronze, copper and zinc etched plaques
Suede (subtle, random pattern) – available in all sizes on all materials
Smooth (no background texture) – available only on brass, bronze or copper etched plaques

Standard satin grain brushed fi nish available on all materials
Fine satin fi nish – equivalent to 400 grit sandpaper
Horizontal grain is standard – vertical grain available upon request
Non-Directional Finish available on all materials
Painted – Raised surfaces of deep etched zinc plaques can be painted to contrast against background color
Polished – Polished finishes are not available in any material

Standard background finish for either recessed text (reverse etched plaques) or raised text (deep etched plaques) is painted
Standard background (or recessed text) infilled painted colors include:
- Black
- Dark Brown
- White
- Metallic Gold
- Metallic Silver
- Any standard Matthews Acrylic Polyurethane color
Custom background (or recessed text) infilled painted colors include:
- PMS Color matches
- Color matches to other paint manufacturers (please specify manufacturer as well as paint color name and reference #)
Chemical Oxidized (Shades of statuary bronze) – available on brass, bronze and copper plaques only
- Very Light (Antique)
- Light
- Medium
- Dark (Almost Black)

Available on all metals except stainless does not get a protective coating
- Semi-gloss lacquer (Standard)
- ADA formulated clear urethane (high protection, "satin gloss" to meet ADA specifications)
- Clear urethane (high protection, high gloss)
- High performance urethane (very high protection, high gloss)

Square edges are standard on all materials
Bevel edges (approx. 45° bevel is applied to all plaque edges approx. ½ the plaque thickness)

Drill and tapped for threaded studs
- Available on all materials .125" thick and greater
Welded studs
- Available on .125" thick metal and all thicknesses of stainless steel
Holes through face
- Available in all materials – please specify type of wall plaque is being mounted on so proper mounting hardware can be included
VHB (Very High Bond) double-sided tape
- Available on all materials
Garden stake mount – 24" stake mount with 45° angle (additional charge) at the top – plaque is mechanically attached to stake through pre-drilled holes

ZBronze is etched zinc with Bronzetone or Brasstone semigloss lacquer finish. Please specify if plaque will be installed exterior and Clear Urethane will be factory applied. Otherwise all ZBronze has a semigloss finish for interior applications. Please specify Bronzetone or Brasstone.
